Samgyetang soup - chicken soup preparation - 70g

This sachet contains all the ingredients to make the broth for Sam Gye Tang soup, a rice, chicken and plant soup. It is a simple preparation, containing several roots and plants which will be included in the recipe for this delicious, very fragrant and comforting soup, traditionally made with ginseng. Usage tips : Put the contents of the sachet in a large casserole dish with 1.5 to 2 liters of water with a few cloves of garlic and bring the mixture to boil Once boiling, increase the heat to medium and continue cooking for approximately 10 minutes. Then add the poultry of your choice and continue cooking for around 40 minutes over medium heat and covered. Serve hot with rice. For a variation, you can also stuff the poultry with 150 grams of previously washed round rice and add fresh ginseng. Storage tips: Store in a cool, dry place.
