Sweet fish capriccio in a Calabrian jar

Capriccio di pesca is a preserve based on fine ice fish prepared in an artisanal way with crushed spicy chilli pepper and oil. 

The capriccio produced by "La Calabrese" differs in its processing which takes place according to an ancient recipe. 

The product is pasteurized and does not contain preservatives. ANDthe ideal product for the preparation of bruschetta, canapés, pizzas and sauces. In this variant it is presented in its sweet version or with the use of sweet pepper flakes
