Our Cinnamon Cassia is produced in India, in the province of Wayanad, State of Kerala. It is the most common cinnamon in the world and the most used in baking. It pairs very well with fruit, or infused in sauces. Cassia cinnamon rolls consist of a single layer of very thick, non-brittle bark. Its color is dark. Its scent is quite powerful and peppery. Its taste is sweet, peppery and slightly spicy, with a slight bitterness on the finish.
