LIMESTONE – DRY WHITE AOP Clairette du Languedoc Limestone is one of the fundamental elements of our wines, because aridity forces Clairette to give the quintessence of itself. Grape variety and terroir: 100% Clairette growing on limestone gravel. Harvest during the second half of September. Tasting: Its dress is light yellow, its fine nose and its elegant mouth on the citrus fruit. To be enjoyed as an aperitif with cooked shellfish, veal and poultry in white sauce. The fish will be sublimated by its generosity. Serve at 10°.
