Our calissons are made in our workshop in Puyricard with organic melon from Provence, blanched almonds from the Mediterranean basin and candied fruit. All finely crushed according to tradition, placed on a bed of host then delicately coated with royal icing. It offers a rich flavor mixing almond and candied fruit.
