Confit "Explosive" 105g

Mangoes with the famous Espelette pepper, wake up an avocado/shrimp verrine! An explosive contrast for this artisanal mango jam from India which is sweet and fragrant. Seasoned with Espelette pepper for a hint of spiciness and a touch of salt... Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugars) approximately 45 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Store preferably in a cool place after opening and consume quickly! In our preparation, the sugar has been reduced by 20% compared to a classic jam.
