It is said that hops are only used for beer! At La Fabrique, we are shaking up this idea with Nolbuoh and marrying the aromas of distilled hops to a gin. Here the Centennial hops bring beautiful floral and vegetal notes with a slight lemony note. The hops come from the Houblonnière La Houf which is located at the Ferme des Clos a few kilometers from the distillery.
