RUSTIC NOODLES are made from COMPLETE WHEAT flour produced on our farm! We make them on the farm, and we dry them according to the traditional method in order to preserve all the benefits of our fresh flour (vitamins, trace elements, proteins, enzymes, ...) They are a great Italian classic, and are ideal as an accompaniment, in soup ... Cooking: 6mn (100g / 1L of water)
