RUSTIC FUSILLI are made from WHOLE WHEAT flour produced on our farm! We make them on the farm with a bronze mold, and we dry them using the traditional method so as to preserve all the benefits of our fresh flour (vitamins, trace elements, proteins, enzymes,...)They are a great Italian classic, and are ideal as an accompaniment to a dish with a fluid sauce like our VEAL BLANQUETTE because it coats your plate and then releases it at the first bite.
