RUSTIC TAGLIATELLES are made from COMPLETE WHEAT flour produced on our farm! We make them on the farm, and we dry them according to the traditional method in order to preserve all the benefits of our fresh flour (vitamins, trace elements, proteins, enzymes, ...) We shape them by hand with delicacy in bird's nest (1 nest = a good eater!) They are a great Italian classic, and are ideal for enhancing your dishes! Cooking: 6mn (100g / 1L of water)
