Golden Milk Chocolate

We called this chocolate bar golden because we "brown" or roast the milk powder before incorporating it into the cocoa beans. It's the same recipe as milk chocolate with 50% cocoa but here we have a taste of caramel and biscuit. It's a tablet that takes us back to childhood! Ingredients : Cocoa beans*(1), cocoa butter*, whole milk powder*(2) 25%, blond cane sugar*(1). *agricultural ingredient from organic farming. (1) fair trade ingredient. (2) Breton ingredient. Manufactured in a workshop using nuts, milk, peanuts and sesame. Nutritional values per 100g: Energy value: 575 Kcal / 2406 Kj Lipids: 42g of which saturated fatty acids 26g Carbohydrates: 34g of which sugars 33g Protein: 8.1g Salt: 0.28g Our tablets are all packaged in a biodegradable and compostable bag in household compost. The cardboard that protects it was printed in Brittany with vegetable inks!
