Limpets are shells with firm flesh, that should be softened beforehand by hitting them. They are eaten grilled, stewed, or raw on the beach! For this paté, limpets were married to a Peaty Whisky and marked with a touch of garlic. This spreadable is undoubtedly those whose flavor is most pronounced in the mouth. To be served fresh as a good white wine or toasted under the grill for about 2 minutes. In either way the products will remain flavourful and provide freshness to your aperitif cocktail. In order to preserve the texture and flavors we recommend serving the spreadables directly into their presentation jars.
