Cette recette, heritage of our grand mothers, butter, garlic, parsley… spread on rye bread toasts , then browned 2 min under the grill, to find the flavor and the delicate taste of the fresh fried abalone!! To be served fresh as a good white wine or toasted under the grill for about 2 minutes. In either way the products will remain flavourful and provide freshness to your aperitif cocktail. In order to preserve the texture and flavors we recommend serving the spreadables directly into their presentation jars.
