This recipe is inspired by the French traditional cooking. Pickling onions, mushrooms, white wine and a touch of garlic to heighten its flavor and its delicate flavor. It is a well balanced appetizer, especially once grilled! To be served fresh as a good white wine or toasted under the grill for about 2 minutes. In either way the products will remain flavourful and provide freshness to your aperitif cocktail. In order to preserve the texture and flavors we recommend serving the spreadables directly into their presentation jars.
