The GAEC la Falguière is, above all, a producer of goat's milk, for the Fromagerie des Cévennes in Moissac Vallée Française. Our farm is located in La Falguière, a small hamlet in the town of Gabriac in the south of Lozère.
The herd of 140 organic goats, since 2012, enjoys pastures in the heart of the Cévennes throughout the year. The milk is collected and transformed into Pélardons AOP Bio within the Cooperative.
In order to enhance the value of end-lactation milk, in 2020 we launched into the production of soaps, using the cold saponification method (SAF) with organic milk from our goats. Thus, we no longer waste a single drop of this precious milk.
SAF preserves the active ingredients present in the ingredients. This is why we have chosen to select quality, natural and organic raw materials. SAF preserves the properties of the oils used, but also the virtues of goat's milk, ideal for gently moisturizing and nourishing the most sensitive and demanding skin.
The raw materials come from organic farming, we have taken the step of labeling our range of cosmetics, via Ecocert! And since 2022, solid soaps and shower creams are COSMOS ORGANIC or COSMOS NATURAL certified by ECOCERT Greenlife!
We offer a range of soaps, produced on our farm, responsible and respectful of the environment. Indeed the SAF requires little energy, its impact on the environment is almost nil!
