Il Condimento al Limone was born from the combination and passion for our best olive oil and our lemons. Through careful and loving preparation, a unique taste experience is created after about 15 to 16 weeks of storage of home-grown lemon slices marinated in the finest extra virgin olive oil. 

This is followed by a longer decantation to remove impurities.
