Argivo - Red Wine 2016

Classification: D.O.P.   Primitivo di Manduria Reserve.   Grapes: Primitivo 100%.   Production area: Manduria (TA).   Training system: Sapling.   Harvest period: can vary from the last week of August to the second week of September.   Vinification: after pressing and destemming, 15-18 days are left on the skins.   This is followed by drawing off and malolactic fermentation, aging in barriques for 12 months and in steel for 6 months.   Aging: stainless steel – barriques.
