Amalur wines pay homage to Ama Lur, the Earth Mother of Basque mythology, the mother of the Sun and the Moon, through two vintages produced in the high places of Basque wine culture; on the Irouléguy terroir in Lower Navarre, “Iparra” and in Iguzkitza in Navarre, “Hegoa”. The Amalur Iparra red wine is produced in the Irouléguy region of Lower Navarre. Labeled A.O.C. Irouléguy, it has a beautiful purple color and its aromas of red fruits and notes of spices guarantee you a tonic and fresh attack on the palate. A great accompaniment to red meat or cold cuts!
