The 17th century buildings of the family farm, dedicated to polyculture for several generations, have been entirely fitted out to meet the needs of the wine-growing activity alone. Today, the Domaine de la Galinière extends over 16 hectares and is made up of clay-siliceous soils, known as "parakeets", which are particularly favorable for producing fabulous white wines made from Chenin.
