Created by Alexis Delalande in 1820, Le Domaine du Puy has seen five <br>generations of winegrowers. Today, with 28 ha, it is led by Patrick<br>Delalande who works in the spirit of his ancestors, faithful to tradition. Chinon<br>is a bit like the blood of the family. Grape varieties: 100% Cabernet Franc. Location: Cravant-les-coteaux (8km from Chinon). Terroir: Plateau on clay-siliceous soil. Area: 4 Hectares. Age of vines: 75 years. The eye: A brilliant black cherry color. The nose: Aromas of black fruits such as cherry and wild berries. Palate: Nicely fleshy wine with a nice freshness, developing a round material supported by a benevolent freshness and fine tannins. Ideal on an Easter pâté or roast beef in a crust
