AUTHENTIC CHINON DOMAINE DU PUY 75 CL 2022

Created by Alexis Delalande in 1820, Le Domaine du Puy has seen five generations of winegrowers succeed each other. Today, with 28 ha, it is led by Patrick Delalande who works in the spirit of his ancestors, faithful to tradition. Chinon is a bit like the blood of the family. Grape varieties: 100% Cabernet Franc. Location: Cravant-les-coteaux (8km from Chinon). Terroir: Plateau on clay-siliceous soil. Area: 16 Hectares. Age of vines: 35 years. Appearance: Fairly intense garnet red, with a bluish or green disc The nose: Extremely fragrant and deep, this complex bouquet combines aromas of cherry tart, fresh almond and fragrant blond tobacco. Palate: Tasters are seduced by the frankness of this wine, generous in flavors of fresh red and black fruits. The finish delivers a pleasant sweetness and appreciable persistence.
