Our PORK BEEF spice mix is a ready-to-use seasoning for your minced meat dishes such as sausages, keftas or meatballs. This spice blend is specially designed to enhance the taste of ground meats used in these dishes, by adding herbaceous and fresh flavors. To use it, just add 28 gr of mixture for 1 kg of meat, flesh or stuffing. Then dilute the mixture in white wine or water, before incorporating it into the meat, and mix carefully. You can also use this spice blend as a marinade by adding a little olive oil and lemon juice to marinate your meat before cooking. This mixture is ready to use and is already dosed in salt.
