Our Trininad and Tobago blend is inspired by the gastronomy of Trinidad & Tobago which is mixed, like the country: there are Indian, African, Portuguese, Chinese and Persian influences. Spices and condiments such as chilli, pepper, coriander or even coconut are widely used there. Fish, including shark, and seafood such as crab are widely consumed there. Tobagonian cuisine is dominated by a wide selection of seafood dishes including crab curry and dumplings, and Tobago is also known for its sumptuous provisions, soups and stews, also referred to as blue foods throughout the country . "Fish broth", a Bouillabaisse-like soup is very popular as a main course or as a side dish. One of Trinidad's most popular dishes is curried duck served with roast or rice.
