Sliced plain raclette

Our natural raclette is made by a Savoyard farm which has a herd of 250 cows fed in the surrounding meadows. The cheeses are made on site then matured for a minimum of 6 weeks to obtain a supple and aromatic cheese. The portion of Raclette has been pre-sliced by us to make your job easier.
