Natural scamorza is a firm spun cheese, matured for two to five weeks and which is generally found smoked. It has a beautiful smooth crust and an aromatic and delicate taste. It can be eaten grated or sliced to melt it in your pasta, pizzas, gratins, etc. but also raw, in slices or dice, to add to your salads or skewers for example.
