Stracciatella from Puglia

Stracciatella is a traditional speciality of Puglia: it is nicknamed "heart of burrata" or "crushed burrata". Made by our Il Parco caseificio in San Giovanni Rotondo in Gargano, with cow's milk from the Puglia region. Stracciatella is made from hand-pulled cheese strands and crème fraîche. Its taste is fine and elegant, with a creamy texture in the mouth. On a slice of toasted bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, it can also be used as a side dish, and does not require seasoning. •Packaging: 10 trays of 250g per package. •Price/kg: €15.00 excluding VAT. •Country of origin: Italy. •DLC: 15 days upon receipt at our warehouse (every Monday). •Please note: After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. *Your orders must reach us on Tuesday before 12:00 p.m. for delivery from the following Tuesday in refrigerated transport at 4°.
