Stracciatella is a traditional specialty of Puglia: it is nicknamed "heart of burrata" or "crushed burrata" 🤤 Made by our caseificio Il Parco in San Giovanni Rotondo in Gargano, with cow's milk from the Puglia region. Stracciatella is made from hand-pulled cheese strands and crème fraîche. It is nothing more and nothing less than the heart of the burrata. Its taste is fine and elegant, with a creamy texture in the mouth. It is a pure delight eaten as is, on a nice slice of toasted bread garnished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. It can also be used as an accompaniment, and does not require seasoning. This stracciatella is offered to you in a 1 kg tub with a packaging of 2 tubs per package DLC of 15 days upon receipt at our warehouse (every Monday) Ingredients: pasteurized milk, UHT cream (48%), salt, microbial rennet, lactic ferments, acidity regulator: lactic acid.* Nutritional values (per 100g): Energy 961Kj/232Kcal - Fat 20g of which saturated fatty acids 14.25g - Carbohydrates 1g of which sugar 1g - Protein 12g - Salt 0.33g.
