THE CHARACTER: Maine AOC pommel

Made from a fine blend of fresh apple must at harvest and Fine du Maine. Fruity, woody and spicy notes burst on the palate thanks to its aging in oak barrels. The quiet strength of this pommel captivates us with its aromatic score: plum, prunes, dates, nuts, liquorice. On the palate, it is long, powerful and coating. It plays on the black bitterness of coffee and bitter almond for the final balance.
