Pommeau is a happy marriage between Calvados and apple press juice rich in tannins, Pommeau combines power, softness and sweetness. Œit: Mahogany.                                        Appearance: Clear and shiny.  Nose: Powerful and fine.                                        Nuances of prunes, candied citrus fruits which evolve into aromas of dried fruits (almonds and hazelnuts).  Mouth: Supple and mellow attack.                                        Good consistency in the mouth, good hold.                                        Aromas of tarte Tatin with nuances of toasted hazelnuts.                                        Very pleasant finish of milk caramel and cherries.  Serve chilled as an aperitif or at the table as it goes well with melons, foie gras and blue cheeses.                                        For dessert, it will pair nicely with apple or chocolate desserts.
