Calvados Domfrontais - Hors d'Age - 70cl - Pacory

Calvados Pacory Hors d'Age is a single-distilled Calvados with 50 to 70% pears and aging for 8 to 12 years in oak barrels.   Calvados well balanced between pear and apple, between freshness, fruitiness and creaminess.   The pear initially appears on the nose, but especially in the first sensation in the mouth (freshness and liveliness).   The Calvados is well balanced, in the Domfrontaise tradition.   The apple appears later on the palate, slightly candied, even caramelized, then leaves a spicy note. ✔️ Calvados AOC Domfrontais ✔️ Aging for 8 to 12 years in oak barrels ✔️ Made in Normandy ✔️ Distillery: Ferme des Grimaux ✔️ 70cl bottle with an alcohol content of 42%
