Cuvée Colette is a natural sparkling wine made using the “traditional method” of sparkling wines.                                        Fine and elegant, it is a beautiful vintage for an aperitif. Œhe: Clear.                                        Pale yellow color.                                        Very fine and persistent effervescence.  Nose: Fresh, fine and delicate.                                        Aromas of green apples and citrus (lime).  Mouth: Lively, fresh, fine and delicate.                                        This cider releases scents of citrus and fresh apple supported by iodized notes.  Serve: as an aperitif, seafood, sushi, dessert made from fresh fruit, brioche.
