Chervil is a common aromatic herb used in cooking for its delicate, slightly aniseed taste. Dried chervil generally retains much of its aroma when dried, although it may be somewhat less intense than fresh chervil. It can be used as a seasoning in soups, sauces, salads, fish and poultry dishes, as well as in egg preparations. Dried chervil can be used alone or in combination with other herbs and spices to add flavor to your dishes.
