Coming from organic-certified Scottish farms, our organic salmon is prepared in our workshops in Auch (Gers, Occitanie). It is salted by hand with dry salt. It is smoked with beech wood then cooked. Melting in the mouth, this ready-to-eat salmon will go very well with a hot accompaniment (leek fondue, risotto, lentils, pasta, etc.))or cold depending on the season. A little tip: cut your paving stones straight out of the refrigerator, when the product is very cold, before leaving it to warm up for around twenty minutes. It will be even more melting.
