Coming from farms in Scotland or Ireland with the Global GAP label, our salmon is prepared in our workshops in Auch (Gers, Occitanie). It is salted by hand with dry salt. It is smoked over beech wood and then cooked. Melting in the mouth, this ready-to-eat salmon will go very well with a hot accompaniment (leek fondue, risotto, lentils, pasta, etc.) or cold, depending on the season. A word of advice: cut your pavers out of the fridge, when the product is very cool, before letting it warm up for around twenty minutes. It will be even smoother. Product ready to consume.
