Coming from Global GAP-certified Scottish farms, our salmon is prepared in our workshops in Auch (Gers, Occitanie). It is salted by hand with dry salt before being smoked with beech wood. It is then sliced before being vacuum-packed. The slices are slightly thicker than usual to maintain chewiness and maximum aromas. To be enjoyed about fifteen minutes after removing from the refrigerator, as an aperitif or starter. Our products are ready to eat and can be frozen. THIS PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED BETWEEN 5 AND 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.
