Coming from Global GAP-certified Scottish farms, our salmon is prepared in our workshops in Auch (Gers, Occitanie). It is salted by hand with dry salt before being smoked with beech wood. It is then sliced or cut into cubes before being vacuum-packed. The long and delicate smoking gives it a balanced and powerful taste. Its flesh is not very fatty, firm and melts in the mouth. Cold smoked salmon fillets can be enjoyed about fifteen minutes after removing them from the refrigerator, as an aperitif or starter. Our products are ready to eat and can be frozen. Product ready to consume. Consume at room temperature
