White tea - White Shangri La ／ Nepal

The Shangri La tea estate located in the Ilam Valley perched at 1,500m above sea level only produces teas from organically grown cultivation. This white tea is love at first sight! I approached the cooperative in Nepal which markets them. This white tea, which I called White Shangri La, is the summer harvest that has characteristics unique to this time of year: a delicate pinkish yellow hue and vegetal and floral notes that gently quench your thirst.
