Serenata traditional red wine is a blend of the best red grapes from Puglia, Italy. This wine is aromatic and deep, very easy to drink with grilled meat, roasts, aged cheeses, and truffles. This amazing red is made with a traditional fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 3 days. After it remain 1 to 2 months in steel barrels. The color is deep red spicy flavor and the ideal serving temperature is 10 - 12° C. Storage more than 1 year in appropriate cellars. This wine contains sulphites.
