A simple and delicious recipe composed solely of whole duck foie gras and Périgord truffle (5%), seasoned with salt and white pepper. No flavoring is added to the composition of this product, which allows the delicious flavors of Tuber melanosporum to diffuse perfectly into the duck liver. The foie gras selected in our recipe comes from a French duck farm. Maison Truffes Henras chose it for its firm and melting texture, as well as its rich taste which recalls the flavors of the terroir. A round and delicious taste, which blends ideally with the bouquet of subtle and unique flavors of the beautiful black diamond.
