FAUCHON South-West Whole Duck Foie Gras comes from free-range farming, selected, prepared and seasoned by hand. Without additives or preservatives, they are made by a master craftsman, in the South West, from fresh duck liver selected for its high quality. It is enhanced with a touch of Guérande salt, fleur de sel and a selection of 3 peppers. This recipe promises a nice balance between the aromatic power of Melanosporum black truffle and truffle juice and the frank character of foie gras.
