Fruit purée vinegar strawberry

Of course, the STRAWBERRY variety cannot be missing from our fruit purée vinegar series... Like all our fruit pulp vinegars, the base is fruit pulp, i.e. fruit pulp without nuts. 

The production is a little time-consuming, but the result is worth the effort. The strawberry fruit puree vinegar is suitable for salads, sauces, vegetables, fish and meat dishes. 

It tastes delicious in fruit salads, muesli and desserts. 

Filled with mineral water or sparkling wine, you can conjure up a sparkling refreshment in no time. Our fruit pulp vinegar creates a delicious and balanced flavor combination with fresh cucumbers, lukewarm spinach, crunchy rocket, creamy avocado or sliced ​​fennel bulbs.    A small note: Since we do not use any preservatives or colorings, the color of the fruit pulp vinegar may fade a little over time. 

The taste, however, does not change at all! Have fun trying it out...
