Fruit purée vinegar raspberry

I keep getting big loads of fresh and delicious raspberries. 

This makes you want to experiment. 

The result of one of these experiments is my raspberry puree vinegar. 

Many of my customers write to me saying that they don't even use oil anymore, but instead pour the raspberry fruit puree vinegar over a salad and that's it. 

A dear friend always comes to my shop and drinks a small glass….    My raspberry fruit puree vinegar tastes of raspberries, raspberries and raspberries. 

It is not completely liquid and a little bit sour, which is an unbeatable combination when combined with the sweet, flavorful raspberry.    I use my raspberry fruit puree vinegar for salads, for dipping cheese cubes and other delicacies. 

But I can also highly recommend this fruit pulp vinegar for cocktails, long drinks and all types of champagne, sparkling wine and secco.
