Calamansi Fruit Pulp Vinegar

The Calamondin orange is now mainly grown in the Philippines, where it is called Calamansi. 

The calamondin orange originally comes from China. 

It is a cross between an orange, a mandarin and a type of kumquat. 

Its taste combines the three fruits mentioned above in a fantastic way. 

In our Calamansi fruit pulp vinegar, the fruit flavor comes out clearly without being intrusive.    The calamansi fruit puree and fine vinegar with 5% acidity create a wonderfully fruity alliance of flavors. 

Calamansi vinegar goes perfectly with fruit salads, desserts and ice cream.
