This vinegar comes from a selection of the best French grape varieties. 

Thanks to its slow fermentation of 3 weeks in oak barrels and its aging for 10 years in our cellars, it offers this unique taste, a heritage of centuries-old know-how.   It is this know-how that is today highlighted by this product selected by the kitchens of the Elysée Palace.
