Balsamic vinegar aged in Acacia barrels

At the Domaine de l'Airial, the floor is given to grapes, precious wood barrels and time. Issued exclusively from the estate's vines and guaranteed 100% natural: without caramel, no coloring or added sulphites. Naturally soft, thickened by years of aging in small Acacia barrels. A real freshness, notes of white flowers on the nose, and the elegance and finesse of the flavors citrus fruits (citron, yuzu) on the palate. Ideal with raw or cooked vegetables, meats such as duck carpaccio, or fish like a tuna belly. Vinegars vinified like grown-ups raw.
