Balsamic aged in chestnut barrels

At the Domaine de l’Airial, speaking is given to grapes, barrels of precious wood and time. Derived exclusively from the estate's vines and guaranteed 100% natural: without caramel, no coloring or added sulphites. Naturally soft, thickened by years of aging in small chestnut barrels. Slightly creamy, well structured with aromas of black fruits, undergrowth and a sweet finish of candied chestnut. With its notes of roasted chestnuts and its intensity, it goes perfectly with meat and game; and it can also accompany cheeses and desserts. Vineyard vinegars vinified like grown-ups raw.
