Domaine de l'Airial produces its vinegars according to the the so-called Orleans method, respecting a centuries-old tradition. Vinegars refined for long years in barrels: 100% natural, 100% grape. Identifiable by their grape varieties and by vintage. This grape picked when overripe gives an elegant, fine vinegar, with a nice balance between sweetness and acidity, with bewitching aromas of apricot, dried fruit and honey.
