Green tapenade 110 g Ingredients: Salonenque green olives (86%), extra virgin olive oil, capers (3%), salt, lemon juice, ALMONDS, anchovies (FISH), fennel, vinegar, pepper. Recipe idea: The green tapenade, to decorate a fillet of perch, bricks with fresh goat cheese, or even in the bottom of a thin tomato pie or quite simply on a slice of toasted bread.
