The producer harvests them and puts them in brine before sending them directly to the Belle Nature company with a purchase price that he sets himself. The partnership has lasted for 15 years. The Belle Nature fields guarantee working conditions, remuneration and the quality of organic farming methods. We worked on this sector for Le Coq Noir which was initially in a sector with another importer, 2 additional intermediaries and a very broad origin in the Mediterranean basin. • A controlled olive industry. After several months of work, we eliminated 2 intermediaries in the olive sectors. This allowed us to get as close as possible to the farmers with whom Le Coq Noir works directly. The green olives come from the FRDP sector and come from Spain. FRDP is a manufacturer of organic frozen fruits and vegetables based in the South of France. This French manufacturer works with JPG, a Spanish counterpart and historic partner, which has direct contracts with Spanish producers. These two partners have had a factory in common since 2018 in which the olive is frozen.
