A dry gin made from hand-picked botanicals. MATS Dry Gin is the marriage of two noble distillates: A steam infusion is first used to distill a highly aromatic and intense gin essence from Mediterranean juniper, four fine peppers, as well as lemongrass and sweet orange blossoms. Then the valuable fruits are individually placed in pure alcohol by the Buddha's hand. This slowly and gently releases the uniquely fragrant and lovely tasting essential citrus oils from the yellow peel. Only when the precious aroma has completely passed into the alcohol is this mixture also distilled by hand at a low temperature. After both essences have had time and peace to develop their aromas, they are married to MATS Dry Gin. After a further aging period, this is filled into the manually numbered bottles.
